چکیده اصلی

Every day, nursing professional development specialists shape culture through hundreds of conversations. They welcome new graduate nurses, coach experienced clinicians, facilitate difficult debriefings, mentor emerging leaders, and provide reassurance during moments of uncertainty. Although these conversations may seem routine, each represents a leadership intervention. Every word has the potential to build confidence, strengthen trust, encourage learning, or unintentionally diminish it.
