چکیده اصلی
The regionalization of healthcare must consider territorial diversity, which has significant implications for the implementation of public policies, particularly in ensuring differentiated attention to Indigenous territories. This article analyzed how Indigenous health is addressed within the Regional Intermanagers Commission (CIR) in a health region of Bahia, Brazil. This is a documentary analysis of 76 meeting minutes from the CIR, held between March 2013 and March 2023, available in the Bahian Observatory of Regionalization (OBR). The themes discussed in the minutes were analyzed using data matrices. Most of the meetings were regular sessions and focused on agendas set by urban managers. Of the 76 meetings, only 11 addressed aspects of Indigenous health, and only one explicitly included it as a formal agenda item, highlighting the invisibility of Indigenous health issues in regional health management. The minutes primarily covered topics such as management, funding, network organization, service access, infrastructure, and updates. The invisibility of Indigenous health in regional health management represents a critical issue that requires resolution, demanding a more appropriate and equitable management model within the national Indigenous health policy framework.
