چکیده اصلی
Based on the theory of "kidney deficiency, impairment of governor vessel and meridian damage by toxin", it is pointed that the core pathogenesis of dysmyotonia lies in deficiency of the spleen and kidney and malnutrition of the governor vessel, complicated with the invasion of pathogens such as wind, fire, phlegm, stasis and toxin (especially drug toxin) to the body, as well as meridian damage by toxin. The combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine is adopted in treatment.Acupuncture focuses on regulating the governor vessel and filling up the sea of marrow. The acupoints of the governor vessel and back-shu points are the primary, in association with the acupoints selected according to meridian differentiation, and the theories of biaoben genjie and sihai qijie, as well as the modern anatomical theory. Herbal medicine is administered in line with syndrome differentiation and pathogenesis to address both symptoms and root cause simultaneously. In treatment, moxibustion is operated to warm yang, and daoyin is to regulate qi specially, so as to provide a holistic regimen for mental and physical adjustment. This treatment modality employs multi-target interventions by regulating qi flow, eliminating pathogenic factors and detoxifying, harmonizing zangfu, and replenishing essence and marrow; and provides safe and effective strategy for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of TCM for dysmyotonia by integrating with modern neural modulation mechanism.
