چکیده اصلی

The demands on Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership continue to grow as health systems become more complex, integrated, and resource constrained. Shifts in the physician workforce, rapid technological advances, and evolving care models require leaders who can navigate uncertainty and guide training programs in increasingly dynamic clinical environments. In this context, GME leadership must move beyond managing daily operations and focus on designing resilient, equitable learning systems aligned with the broader mission of academic health systems. GME will continue to depend on strong, thoughtful leadership.
